As first-time home buyers we had A LOT of questions and Heather happily talked us through everything with the perfect amount of detail and encouragement. She learned our taste and preferences so quickly. When we were ready to make our first offer, she was so patient and thorough in making sure we were comfortable with every aspect. When our first two offers weren’t successful, she made excellent suggestions and helped us tweak our strategy while making sure we weren’t making any sacrifices that made us uncomfortable. When we found ourselves torn on which house to make an offer on when we had two we liked at the same time, she asked thoughtful questions to help guide our decision making and we are confident now we made the right choice for us with her help. She would regularly call or text to check on us throughout the process. It felt like we had a true partner on this journey and were buying a house with our best friend rather than someone we’d just met.

Heather was also just such a blast to work with, we were almost sad it was over so quickly. While we are SO HAPPY with our house, part of me misses giggling about creepy basements or rooms with weird interior windows with her. In addition to her solid knowledge and experience, she is clearly a genuinely kind and caring person. The incredibly generous gifts she left for us to find in our new home were so sweet and showed us just how well she got to know us through the process. We couldn’t recommend working with Heather enough.
